Refund policy

We want you to love your Sullivan. If something isn't quite right, here is how returns and exchanges work.

What can be returned

Non-customized items that haven't been used or laundered can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

We are not able to accept returns of customized items or items that have been used.

Return and exchange fee

We are unable to offer free returns or exchanges at this time, so a flat $10 fee applies to both. For a return, it is deducted from your refund. For an exchange, we will let you know how to pay it when we send you the next steps.

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at hello@coastalclothco.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange, and we will walk you through the next steps.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and we have checked it, we will refund your original payment method, less the $10 return fee.
